INSIDE SALES ENGINEER – TE Connectivity Job Overview The Solution Center Team supports Enterprise marketing and Channel business units to drive customer growth and experience, and to make it easy for end customers to do business with TE. The team of more than 400 employees provides global service to customers and distributors, driving revenue for the organization. As the face and voice of TE Connectivity, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. You will support small and medium customers, resolve inquiries, and promote TE products and services. Growth will lead to future roles such as Field Application Engineer, Product Engineer, Account Manager, or Product Manager. Job Responsibilities Deliver an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on TE products, services, and capabilities to meet their design needs. Cold‑call and warm‑call prospects to establish high‑quality opportunities. Coordinate with internal support areas (production, sales, engineering, customer care) to resolve inquiries and requests. Grow a pipeline of small‑ and medium‑customer opportunities in Salesforce through regular touch‑points. Maintain depth of product knowledge to communicate value propositions and drive revenue. Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to meet targets. Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing ones. Monitor market trends and business insights for each TE business unit. Job Requirements Previous experience in a contact center environment with technical sales preferred. 2+ years of professional experience in customer care or sales in a multinational setting. Experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of an organization. Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Advanced conversational English; Portuguese is desirable. Competencies & Skills Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
