Direct message the job poster from Garrido Licona y Asociados S.C.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas en la Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita (LFPIORPI) y disposiciones aplicables, mediante la implementación, supervisión y mejora continua del sistema de prevención de lavado de dinero y financiamiento al terrorismo (PLD/FT) en actividades vulnerables.Asegurar que la entidad opere bajo prácticas de integridad, transparencia y control interno, mitigando riesgos regulatorios, reputacionales y operativos.ResponsabilidadesDiseñar, implementar y mantener actualizado el Manual de Políticas Internas en materia PLD/FT conforme a la LFPIORPI y demás disposiciones aplicables.Identificar y clasificar riesgos relacionados con operaciones susceptibles de lavado de dinero o financiamiento al terrorismo, aplicando un enfoque basado en riesgos.Diseñar, implementar y mantener actualizada la Metodología de Evaluación de Riesgo.Supervisar la conservación y actualización de expedientes de identificación de clientes (KYC).Coordinar capacitaciones internas periódicas sobre PLD/FT.Dar atención a requerimientos de autoridades.Elaborar reportes periódicos para Dirección General y Comité de Crédito.Supervisar procesos de monitoreo transaccional y alertas internas.Coordinar la atención de auditorías internas, externas y revisiones regulatorias.Implementar acciones correctivas derivadas de auditorías o revisiones.Asesorar a las áreas de negocio para la correcta aplicación de políticas y controles PLD/FT.Gestionar el Programa Anual de Capacitación y documentar evidencias.Dar seguimiento a actualizaciones regulatorias y evaluar su impacto en la operación.RequisitosLicenciatura concluida en carreras económico-administrativas.Al menos 4 años de experiencia en cumplimiento, riesgos de PLD/FT.Certificación PLD /CFT CNBV vigente.Experiencia en cumplimiento de obligaciones de actividades vulnerables conforme a la LFPIORPI y disposiciones aplicables.Conocimiento en Actividades Vulnerables en general.Procesos de identificación y conocimiento del cliente.Paquetería Office (Excel Avanzado), SIARA, SITI PLD.Manejo de reportes regulatorios y plataformas SAT-AV.Prestaciones de leyLomas de Reforma Miguel HidalgoÁlvaro Obregón, Mexico City, Mexico 4 days ago#J-*****-Ljbffr
