Completed High School diploma or bachelor's degree in progress.-1+ years experience in Training working in an operations, logistics, manufacturer and/or service environment.-1+ years of prior Learning experience with demonstrated success in leading projects in Cross-functional environment, or experience in Quality areas with interest in Learning.-English intermediate B1+Our overall mission is simple: we want Amazon to be the place where our customers can find, discover and buy anything online.Whatever our customers want, we will find the means to deliver it.With your help, Amazon will continue to enable people to discover new worlds and implement innovation.This is your chance to make history.#AmazonMexico We are looking for a Learning & Training Coordinator with background in last mile deliveries, logistics or with a manufacturer experience.The ACES Learning Coordinator: - Works with operations team and local trainers to coordinate Amazon Associates onboarding activities for the site and overall training needs.- Will be responsible for understanding operational needs to deploy and execute learning & training plans to support Delivery Station execution, aligned with Learning Manager strategy.This role will be focused on develop and coordinate material and training sessions execution along with Trainers to impact new Amazon Associates, focused on improving operational metrics by standardizing process execution which is translated in continue operational support during day and night shifts.- Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which the Learning Coordinator is assigned.This position has a high level of program administrative management.The Delivery Station Learning Coordinator is assigned to the Learning Department and will hold responsibilities specific to that area.Overall responsibilities will include the following functions: Key job responsibilities - Coordinate and track new hire onboarding and ambassador development - Coordinate site Associate learning experience programs and assigning Learn Before Doing plans for operations - Track learning curve and continuous improvement metrics at the site level - Audit and ensure Safety Training program and standard work execution - Execute training programs for both seasonal and permanent trainers - Coordinate and facilitate any training related programs - Supports ticketing system and ensure tickets are closed within expected timeline - Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation.Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs - Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.) - Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement - Assess development needs for individuals and groups - Fully understand workflow and daily production goals - Ability to solve problems: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve - Balance and prioritize multiple tasks - Maintain a positive attitude and presence on the floor- A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university- Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience- Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates, and senior management, both individually and in group- Experience creating trainings and developing strategies to train managers- Strong computer skills, including experience with transportation management systems and Microsoft Office.- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.- Desirable: Advanced English.
