Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Key****Responsibilities**:- ** General Accounting**:- Prepare and post journal entries for daily transactions, including taxes, payroll, and other operational expenses.- Record lease transactions and ensure accurate monthly depreciation schedules.- Manage foreign supplier payments and currency exchange transactions, including inter-account transfers.- Play an active role in month-end closing activities, ensuring that accounting tasks are completed correctly and on time.- ** Reconciliations**:- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.- Verify and reconcile monthly sales and purchases, ensuring alignment between administrative systems and accounting software.- ** Tax Compliance**:- Capture and process all fiscal data in compliance with local regulations.- Calculate and record foreign exchange results as part of end-of-month closing activities.- ** Financial Reporting**:- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in verifying data accuracy.- Support the preparation of financial statements and liaise with auditors during reviews.- ** Process Improvement**:- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system efficiency and accuracy.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.- 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a senior or supervisory role.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS, USGAAP).- Proficiency in SAP and accounting software (e.g., Contpaq).- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with multinational operations and currency exchange.- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
