Job Overview Our client is a leading e-commerce company headquartered in Poole, UK. With a focus on innovation and customer‑centricity, the company is rapidly expanding its portfolio of brands. It leverages technology and data analytics to drive growth and enhance customer experiences through strategic initiatives such as market expansion, diversification, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end Google Ads strategy for multiple Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) brands across various verticals and regions. Plan, build, and manage diverse campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube tailored to brand audiences and objectives. Identify and target high‑value customer segments using structured, data‑informed approaches. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily, focusing on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and acquisition cost. Continuously test ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance efficiency. Implement advanced strategies such as audience segmentation, Remarketing Lists for Search Ads (RLSA), and predictive bidding models. Work closely with creative and product teams to ensure ad assets align with campaign goals. Provide strategic input on landing page requirements and collaborate with CRO and UX teams for conversion enhancements. Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry trends, advising the team on best practices and new growth opportunities. Explore and implement automation, scripts, and AI tools to streamline account management and improve performance. Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify data to evaluate user behavior and integrate insights into campaign decisions. Forecast, allocate, and efficiently manage monthly budgets across multiple accounts and regions. Create and deliver weekly/monthly reporting dashboards and insights. Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for D2C e‑commerce brands. Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in ROAS, CPA, and overall profitability. Experience managing international Google Ads campaigns in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. Deep understanding of all Google Ads formats: Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and Shopify Analytics. Strong working knowledge of keyword research tools, competitor analysis, and campaign planning platforms. Google Ads Certification strongly preferred. Soft Skills and Competencies Analytical: Ability to make data‑driven decisions and understand the story behind the numbers. Detail‑Oriented: Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and organization in managing complex campaigns. Strategic Thinker: Grasps the big picture while effectively executing at the tactical level. Self‑Motivated: Independent and proactive, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative: Works effectively with marketing, product, creative, and tech teams. Curious: Stays current with the ever‑changing paid media landscape and platform updates. Location: Remote position; candidates must be based in Latin America. Working Hours: Alignment with UK business hours and flexibility for global coverage as the team expands toward 24/7 support.
