About EverService Holdings, LLCEverService is a global provider of tech-enabled business solutions for companies of all sizes, helping them to grow and scale with digital marketing, website design & development, scheduling & booking services, 24/7 answering services, inbound & outbound sales, live virtual receptionists, client & patient intake, and IT services.The company focuses on end-to-end solutions specialized for the legal, medical, home services, retail and technology industries integrated with clients' CRM, EHR and operational systems.We strive to help our clients grow their business by driving qualified leads, increasing revenue, and enhancing their brand's visibility online.Position OverviewWe're seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Success Coordinator to join our legal marketing team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.You'll support clients through every phase of their journey, from onboarding and communication to content management and project execution while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term client satisfaction.A background in digital marketing or website development is a plus, but a customer-first mindset and strong organizational skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Support : Serve as a dedicated client advocate, assisting in managing communications, responding to client needs, and building strong, trusting relationships.Project Coordination : Support the execution of web development and marketing projects by understanding client processes and collaborating with internal teams such as SEO and development.Content & Website Management : Assist with content uploads, image management, and general WordPress tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.Customer Onboarding & Growth : Partner with the sales team to onboard new clients, identify growth opportunities, and drive long-term customer success.Team Collaboration : Facilitate communication and cooperation across departments to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.Client Support : Help resolve client issues and ensure requests are handled promptly and effectively, contributing to positive project outcomes.RequirementsMinimum Requirements2+ years in customer success, service, or administrative support roles, ideally in a marketing or digital agency environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clients and team membersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detailsAdept at identifying solutions to client needs and resolving challenges with a proactive mindsetFamiliarity with WordPress and basic web content management; ability to learn new tools quicklyPassion for helping clients succeed, with a friendly, patient, and positive demeanorUnderstanding of SEO, Google Ads, or digital marketing strategiesExperience managing website development projectsProficiency with WordPress and content editing; familiarity with SEO and Google AdWordsPrevious work in a digital marketing agencyHigh-level English proficiency; bilingualism is a plusMust be within commuting distance to Mexico City, Mexico and willing to work hybrid in-officeBenefitsCompensation$24,000 MXN Net Monthly#J-*****-Ljbffr
