Perfil del PuestoEstamos en búsqueda de un Ingeniero de Desarrollo con experiencia en C# y SAP Business One, apasionado por la tecnología y orientado a resultados, que desee integrarse a un equipo con cultura de bienestar, colaboración y comunicación abierta.Requisitos Mínimos✅ Experiencia mínima de 3 años en desarrollo de software. ✅ Conocimientos sólidos en: C# y Programación Orientada a Objetos Servicios Web (REST/SOAP) MS SQL Server (Transact SQL, SPs, Views, Functions) SAP Business One, SDK, Service Layer, DI API Crystal Reports u otras herramientas similares Deseable / Plus Conocimiento en BI (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI) Inglés intermedio/avanzado Experiencia en gestión de proyectos Competencias Clave Trabajo bajo presión y responsabilidad Proactividad, análisis y resolución de problemas Comunicación efectiva y manejo de relaciones interpersonales Planeación y organización para proyectos múltiples Capacidad autodidacta y actualización continua Condiciones Laborales📍 Modalidad Home Office (con reuniones presenciales 2 veces al mes en CDMX o Edo. de México – viáticos a cargo del colaborador). 🕘 Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs. 📄 Contrato inicial de 3 meses a prueba con prestaciones de ley. Posteriormente, contrato permanente con prestaciones superiores. 💵 Oferta económica: hasta $35,000 MXN mensuales Prestaciones y Beneficios Prestaciones de ley Fondo de Ahorro Vales de despensa $2,900 mensuales Apoyo Home Office $600 Aguinaldo de 30 días Compra de productos a menor costo Días especiales de permiso Proceso de Selección Prueba técnica (1 a 1.5 días para resolver). Entrevista con Capital Humano (alineación cultural).
