Career Area Manufacturing Role Performs advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to company’s quality standards. What The Candidate Will Do Conduct measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data. Analyze non-conformance data and maintain quality system documentation. Interact with manufacturing team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive action is implemented. Identify, analyze, and resolve non-conformance. Investigate problems on worked purchased finished, rough, and interplant material. Coordinate various Quality training programs. Education Requirement Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or undergraduate degree in engineering or related field. Basic/Intermediate English conversational. What Skills The Ideal Candidate Will Have Quality Management System Proficient in quality tools, data analysis, measuring instruments, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, as well as quality, manufacturing, operations or related roles. Apply quality indicators relevant to the unit or function. Comply with organizational quality management processes and standards. Utilize quality evaluation techniques such as walkthroughs and inspections. Employ quality assurance methods, tools, and best practices. Have basic knowledge of automation and use of technological tools to improve quality processes. Interpret technical drawings and plans for compliance and accuracy. Problem Solving Apply fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues. Evaluate risks and benefits of alternative approaches and support informed decision-making. Demonstrate ability to identify specific problems and document practical resolution options. Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline problem-solving processes. Decision Making and Critical Thinking Distinguish assumptions, perspectives, and historical contexts. Review past decisions to extract insights for improving future outcomes. Assess and validate decision options, predicting potential impacts. Guide others in analyzing data, synthesizing information, and evaluating alternatives. Use data visualization tools such as Power BI for informed decision-making. Flexibility and Adaptability Design processes with built-in provisions for change. Support others in adapting to evolving environments and embracing new situations. Recover quickly from setbacks and challenges. Operate effectively in unstructured teams, situations, or environments. Adapt to new technologies and tools, including basic Power Apps functionality. Collaborating Document testing processes and results; prepare and analyze defect-tracking reports. Summarize key features of product-testing processes and related procedures. Test components for compliance with functional requirements and established standards. Compare and discuss usability, safety, and integration testing outcomes. Collaborate using digital platforms and technological tools to enhance team efficiency.
