OverviewReporting to our Senior Director, Paid Media, you will create impact within our Paid Media team. We are looking for a search enthusiast with a desire to continue a career in digital marketing. Some prior paid search experience at agency or client-side is preferred; you are driven, keen to learn, and excited about making a difference to clients and those around you. You are a data geek; someone who turns numbers into stories, and stories into results.ResponsibilitiesDaily management of digital media paid search campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goalsImplementation of campaigns on various search engine networks and participating in validation/audits on campaignsAnalyze campaign performance and identify strategic opportunities to hit and exceed client goalsMeasurement expertise to identify poor implementations and opportunities to improve campaign resultsCollaborate with internal and Client Service teams to support smooth implementation of workQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience managing paid search accountsCertifications within Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, and Video)PMAX knowledgeKey attributesAttention to detail, numerate and articulateDiplomatic and professional approach to work in all circumstancesAccountable and responsiveHigh personal standards and the ability to promote them in othersA valued team member who upholds Jellyfish\'s values and professional integrityCulture and BenefitsSavings fund: You save 5% of your monthly income and Jellyfish contributes the same amount to your savings fundCustom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your daysGrowth, Your Way: One paid day per month (2 hours per week) for self-development and access to Jellyfish LearnHealth Insurance: Private health insurance with vision and dental coverageImportant noticeNote: There has been an increase in fake recruiters impersonating Jellyfish.
