About Do Well Do GoodWe are a purpose-driven company aiming to support leaders and future leaders to find the right balance between performance and impact to create an economy that works for all and the planet.We do that through 2 interlinked activities: education of excellence and strategy consulting..About the roleThe Founding Partners Program (dowelldogood.com/founding-partner-program/) is a 12-month venture building journey giving you the opportunity to launch and grow your own consulting office while being supported by Do Well Do Good's name and track record, expert network, consulting team, processes and tools.1.Business Development & Strategy• Build and grow your own client pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization.• Drive 20+ business meetings per month• Define your office strategy, expand your local expert network and shape sustainable business opportunities.2.Client Project Delivery• Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with the support of DWDG's senior experts and consulting staff.• Join an international cohort of 5–10 Founding Partners, sharing tips, insights, and opportunities.• Participate in monthly cohort calls and DWDG's annual in-person meeting in Paris.3.Growth Targets & Remuneration• Target €500K revenue in Year 1 to demonstrate traction.• Gain *****% of project revenue in Year 1 depending on your role in delivery.• Receive up to 30% equity options when the subsidiary is established in your city.• Reach long-term upside with potential valuation up to €1M.ProfileWe are looking for:Minimum 4 years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) or 3+ years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development, with proven ability to convince clients and build teams.Relevant expertise in our focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonation) is a strong plus.Currently freelanceAt least 5 years living in one of our target cities with a strong local network.Entrepreneurial and aligned with DWDG's values and philosophy.Ready to start January (full-time not required).No conflict of interest with current role.Willing to dedicate *****% of your time ****** hours/week minimum), with flexibility to scale up.What we offer• A unique entrepreneurial journey with variable salary in Year 1, fixed and variable salary in Year 2 and equity• Access to DWDG's expert networks, consulting team, and international community.• Administrative, legal, HR, and communication support from our Paris team.• Coaching and guidance from our founder and senior partners from top-tier consulting firms.• The chance to join an international cohort of highly motivated, talented professionals seeking impactApplyApply directly or here: dowelldogood.com/founding-partner-program/Deadline to apply: 20th December ****The program starts in January ****
