What You’ll Do We’re looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Drafter to develop precise shop drawings and technical plans for commercial HVAC systems. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and installation — ensuring our field teams receive accurate, clear, and buildable documentation. Key Responsibilities Create comprehensive shop drawings for ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts. Use AutoCAD and Trimble CAD to produce precise 2D drawings that meet company and project standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret design intent and resolve coordination issues. Review architectural and MEP drawings for accuracy and spatial conflicts. Update and revise drawings based on feedback and field markups. Maintain drawing libraries and assist with as-built documentation. What You’ll Bring Degree or technical certification in CAD, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience drafting HVAC or mechanical systems for commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); familiarity with Trimble CAD and Revit is a plus. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Meticulous attention to detail and strong spatial reasoning. Effective communication in English (Professional level) and time management skills.
