The Wiring Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing the wire harness complexity for the design of the Electrical System and related components.The wiring systems engineer will be responsible for the selection of wire attributes and wire option coding.The wiring systems engineer will design and validate the electrical systems and released components to ensure we meet all Stellantis electrical specifications in the vehicle and component environments.The wiring systems engineer will support PWB and manufacturing facilities for entire life cycle, manage supplier systems engineering support team, manage large amounts of data and be fluent working in corporate computer systems.**Basic Qualifications**:Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer) from an ABET accredited university3 years of transportation wiring design and release experience or vehicle electrical system experience5 years of engineering experienceExcellent communication skills that include writing, creation and presentation of management level high quality presentation materials and reportsProficient in MS Office suite of tools including PowerPoint, Excel and Word**Preferred Qualifications**:Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited universityExperience using wire harness schematic generation tools (preferred Capital Tools Suite)Training in DFMEA, DVP&R and DFSS development tools and processesWorking knowledge of CAD systems (NX, Catia)Fluency in Spanish and EnglishExperience in high volume manufacturing facilitiesOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.In addition to an environment that promotes career development, we offer benefits for a healthy lifestyle and a rewarding future, designed to take care of you and your family, in various stages of life.As a global company, our employee packages will vary by country, customary norms and the legal entity into which you are hired.
