At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to:Business Manager - Commercial&Operations**The work model for the role is**:#Hybrid****This role is contributing to the P**rocess Industries Division** in Process Automation in Mexico City.****You will be mainly accountable for**:- ** Governance and organization for Quallity Assurance and HSE.**Metrics tracking for**quality control and HSE responsibilities**:- ** Regulatory compliance to Quality audits, operation kpis, action plan, and HSE tracks, ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken**:- ** Risk management for Customer quality challenges and HSE along with country HSE board**:- ** Commu**nication and engagement within Quality enabling support staff, and cross function role in HSE to engage operation and overall team dommitment**:- ** Operational Support driving behavioral continuous improvement in group-wide programs and guidelines.Leadership within team to drive awareness and accomplishment of cooperation regarding effective safety and sustainable action.**:- ** Budget**estimation related to responsability and complying**:- ** Project**and site contribuitions in developing templates together with team and assessments steps before work.**:***Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**:- ** You are engaged in working with ISO standards, audits, and risk analysis methodologies,**and follow up and reporting KPIs for** Process Industries market.**:- ** You have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, experienced in quality processes, incident investigations, and employee engagement.**:- ** Have a demonstrated track record in a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.**:- ** Strong communication & writing skills in English & Spanish.**:- ** Lean Six Sigma certification**and ECAP certification is** a plus**, as well as the experience in the P&P, cement, and mining industries is a plus.**:- ** Eventual availability to travel to**customer** sites** or other ABB ´s offices.**:
