Job Description Summary: What you need to know about the role: As the Chief of Staff for Customer Experience, you will be a member of the senior leadership team, functioning as a Chief of Staff to the Chief Design Officer for PayPal and reporting into the head of CX Operations. Job Description You Way to Impact Your day to day You will contribute by functioning as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting the Chief Design Officer's organization. You will also help with : Supporting management of the overall CX budget, partnering with Finance and Workforce Planning to provide an overall view of CX resources You will be at the heart of the organizational culture, crafting leadership forums, events and communications to keep the CX team engaged and thriving Partnering closely with CX Leadership, HR, and Finance teams to create relationships based on trust and transparency Developing materials to facilitate cross-functional and cross-regional team discussions as well as communicate with senior management Creating project documentation to socialize and align key progress, next steps and drive decision making Support with team culture and people related engagement activities What do you need to bring Industry expertise in payments and / or technology preferred Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a history of hands‑on, detail‑oriented work Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner Prior chief of staff experience a plus Ability to articulate and manage KPIs using metrics to drive performance and provide data in support of key decisions Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint Our Benefits : At PayPal, we're committed to building an equitable and inclusive global economy.
