The Role of a Clinical Trial Material Manager.As a Clinical Trial Material Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating clinical trial material activities.This includes monitoring inventory levels, evaluating trends, summarizing information, and presenting it to teams and management.You will also coach others using your expertise and lend your experience to the betterment of the department.ResponsibilitiesAttend clinical study team meetings and develop solutions for packaging and labelling.Ensure that these solutions are properly documented throughout the lifecycle of clinical studies.Create detailed plans, including budgets, forecasts, and timelines.Execute on compound / drug related supply chain activities with first-pass quality.Monitor packaging and distribution activities, provide input and solutions for continual improvement, and implement suggested improvements.Establish and monitor project budgetary spend.Look for areas of cost optimization.Support staff development through coaching and process knowledge instruction.Implement departmental solutions and lead efforts to implement new processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or other life sciences.Minimum 6 years relevant experience or 4 years with an advanced degree.Demonstrated skills in process and documentation review and improvement.Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.Leadership skills including ownership, independent work, and passion for identifying needs and leading solution resolution activities.Experience in applying and interpreting cGMPs, GCP, and GLP requirements to pharmaceutical development processes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
