Service Proposal ExpertWe seek a skilled Service Proposal Expert to enhance our service proposal and commercial support capabilities.- About the Role:The ideal candidate will have expertise in building robust, cost-effective service proposals while ensuring full compliance with internal processes and delivering high value to customers.The Service Proposal Engineer will work closely with the Commercial team to analyze customer requirements and RFQs, develop detailed cost estimates, and prepare final quotation packages.- Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal departments to gather sub-quotations and cost inputs.- Prepare detailed cost estimates for equipment and services using internal tools.- Develop clear and accurate proposal scopes based on customer and internal requirements.- Analyze customer requirements and RFQs with the Commercial team.- Identify and share risks related to cost, scope, and KPIs during governance processes.- Maintain a strong relationship with the Commercial Organization.- Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.- 3–5 years of experience in Proposals, Process Engineering, Project Management, or similar roles.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP.- Desirable Skills:- Detailed knowledge of the Nutrition & Health industry.- Familiarity with related product ranges.- Maintenance Operations training.- Health, Safety & Environmental awareness.Location: Naucalpan de Juarez, State of Mexico
