Job OverviewThe Completions Specialist (Fab) applies their conceptual knowledge of Completions (Fab) and, with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward Completions (Fab) problems.They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures and building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.The Completions Specialist (Fab) understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.Essential Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering preferredPossess 5 years minimum experience in a relevant roleHigh standard of safe working practice, quality, and productivity, as well as compliance with the code of business conductsKey Tasks and ResponsibilitiesReview Project specific Scope of Work and other relevant information and specifications for Project Mechanical Completion executionRequest qualified Engineers and Supervisors to support Mechanical Completion executionRequest adequate equipment, tools, and consumables to be used during Mechanical Completion activitiesCoordinate with Fabrication Coordinator on schedules and potential cost impactCoordinate with HSE Officers on Task Risk Assessment implementationPrepare and identify Mechanical Completion Inspection and Test Records required in PIMSSupervise Mechanical Completion, discipline engineersPrepare execution plans and Mechanical Completion strategiesPrepare general procedures for implementation of Mechanical Completion-related activitiesAllocate budget and estimated person-hours for Mechanical Completion-related activitiesDefine systems limitsPrepare Mechanical Completion Management SystemSupport and disseminate Engineering policies and Yard procedures and participate in any improvementsSupport Division Engineering by providing input to the bid and historical data from the projectsAttend/provide training and provide feedback/improvement as required#J-*****-Ljbffr
