Tooling Engineer provides day to day Engineering support to the Tooling Department giving dimensional information of the molds as well as design and process engineering repair and Engineering changes implementation.**Responsibilities****General**- Mold Design- ECs Implementation- Develop of Mold Repair- Provide Mold information to the Workshop- Provide Support to the Technicians at Workshop- Manage Molds Information- Develop of New Projects- Preparation of molds for shipping- Mold problem Analysis at molding machine- New Molds Inspection- Keep cutting tools stock- Supervise the quality of the electrodes and machined parts- Tracking of new molds meetings- CNC Programming- Laser Welder**Mold Maintenance**- Prepare Mold Maintenance List- Corrective Mold Maintenance Analysis- Preventive Mold Maintenance Analysis- Mold parts Inspection- Maintaining efficiency in the molds- Improved molds problem**Administrative processes**- Shipping Memos Preparation- SAP/Tab ware or maximo (or similar systems)- TRESS- Open and track purchase orders for mold repair**Education**- Bachelor of Science degree- Advance English level**Work Experience**- 2 to 4 years of experience in tooling Engineering experience.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Vales de despensaHorario:- Horario flexible- Lunes a viernes
