Responsibilities Maintain, update, and enforce engineering procedures, work instructions, and quality standards across all production lines. Develop 2D/3D models, assembly structures, jigs/fixtures, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools. Validate prototypes against design specifications. Lead process flow redesign, control plan development, and statistical process control (SPC) for new and existing product lines to reduce defects and improve yield. Monitor production schedules, process parameters, and output metrics; resolve bottlenecks to ensure on‑time delivery and quality targets. Mentor technicians, delegate tasks, and train cross‑functional teams on new processes, equipment, and quality protocols. Partner with Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and align process goals with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production support roles within electronics/electromechanical manufacturing (high‑mix/high‑volume environments preferred). Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CAD and SAP systems. Fluent English (written/spoken) for technical documentation, global stakeholder communication, and team collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
