Job Summary FTE Mexicana S.A. de C.V. is seeking a motivated and eager Trainnee Maintenance to learn and assist in the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Job Responsibilities \* Assist senior maintenance technicians in performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities. \* Learn to diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues under supervision. \* Support the repair and replacement of faulty components and parts. \* Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used. \* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. \* Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge. \* Maintain a clean and organized work environment. \* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding maintenance issues and progress. \* Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance department.
