Responsible for the installation, commissioning, upgrades, and modernizations of the BHS corrugated machinery at our customer sites.Depending on the experience, skills, and need of the organization this will be either Wet end or Dry end Commissioner**Responsibilities**:1. Responsible for commissioning of newly installed BHS equipment and equipment upgrades- Functional testing of installed wiring component and sensors- Lead efforts in resolving installation mistakes with installers and contractors- Updating and correction of control software- Optimization of machine and customer specific parameters2. Responsible for communication with BHS organization and customer operating/maintenance staff- Provide feedback to BHS engineering and commissioning helpdesk- Provide progress information to project engineer and Installation coordinator- Instruct the customer in the proper operation and recommended maintenance- Active participation in on site progress and installation meetings3. Responsible for providing information to the BHS organization needed for after sales support- Detail recording of onsite modification to electrical drawings and default parameters- Draft of new commissioning documentation If applicable- Distribution of documentation to both headquarters and local service organization4. Continued development of skills and knowledge on BHS Machinery, software, and new technologies- By networking with engineering, commissioning, and installation and service technicians- Assigned training within BHS corrugated- Train other BHS employees on obtained knowledge- Self-study through outside resources5. Participate in cross-functional activities and projects as deemed appropriate by Installation Coordinator and or Service Manager6. Other duties as assigned**Requirements**:a) Extensive experience in commissioning and or electrically troubleshooting a BHS Corrugator.b) Detailed knowledge of corrugated machinery and support systems.c) B.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience as an industrial electrician.d) Expertise in various industrial control and communication system as used by BHS Corrugated.(i.e., PLC's, Drives, Profinet, Servo controllers etc.)e) Demonstrated ability to lead teams and take a coordinating role in the execution of complicated technical projects.f) Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders and platforms, Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out,Free use of hands and fingers to assemble and adjust small and larger objects.Be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,****** - $35,****** al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoExperiência:- Electrical installations/maintenance: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Corrugated machinery experience: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles conversacional *****% indispensable (Obligatorio)
