**About Us**:Helpware is a technology-driven company with offices in the USA, Ukraine, Mexico, and the Philippines which provides Customer Experience & Operational Support for modern companies.Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best in class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.Our Guadalajara, Mexico team is growing and we're looking for experienced Content and Transcription Agent to join our Helpware team.**Position Overview**:We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals with strong editorial judgment and time management skills to assist with editing raw transcripts into case studies using a standardized template.Once fully trained, individuals are expected to complete the full transcription and editing process for one review within approximately 1 hour.Teammates will be evaluated by their ability to accomplish goals on-time and consistently follow all quality standards as advised.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Follow instructions clearly- Conduct basic online research- Transcribe standard audio using software- Write clearly and concisely (In English)- Demonstrate editorial judgment- Work effectively under deadline- Operate comfortably within a CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)**Qualifications**:- 1-2 yrs experience in editing & copy writing- 1-2 yrs Transcription Experience- 1-2 yrs Business Writing or Copywriting Experience- Advanced English Skills- Advance computer and typing skills- Must be able to work independently- High Level of Professionalism- Adherence to daily/weekly/monthly KPI's- Ability to adapt and learn- Ability to multitask- Quiet and secure place to work- Reliable high-speed internet connection- Ability to listen, build trust and confidence with teammates- Ability to receive & implement feedback on both work & performance**Work Environment**:As the COVID-19 pandemic and the different levels of quarantine continue to threaten our future, what remains is our commitment to our people.We are committed to providing continuous employment to people, most especially to the ones severely affected by this pandemic.Our policy is our people first, and as such it is our goal to keep our employees safe during these uncertain times.- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place- Social distancing guidelines in place- Divided work stations- Remote interview process- Virtual meetings
