We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst for the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team. This role involves analyzing data related to supplier invoices, payment processing, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills to improve processes and provide actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency. What will you do? The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, concerning invoices from invoice receipt to payment. You will have the overall responsibility for Accounts Payable support including account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting. You will ensure timely resolution of local business partner and vendor queries through an advanced platform, communicating daily in English and Spanish, while liaising with all departments to ensure vendor and business questions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. How will you do it? Analyze PTP data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and streamline processes. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the implementation of data-driven strategies and solutions. Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to vendor payments and accounting functions. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Familiarity with PTP processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
