Corporate LawyerWe are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements.The successful candidate will provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.They will also support dispute resolution, represent the company in legal proceedings, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will have strong expertise in Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance.Excellent negotiation, legal drafting, and reviewing skills are essential, as is experience with legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies.Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance- Excellent negotiation, legal drafting, and reviewing skills- Experience with legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies- Knowledge of real estate or construction law is highly advantageous- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Licensed to practice law in Mexico; relevant certificationsare a plus- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master's degree in Commercial or Corporate Law is a plus- Proficiency in Spanish required, English preferred
