Some careers have more impact than others.If you're looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join GSC HSBC and discover how valued you'll be.HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, with operations in 64 countries and territories.We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of KYC Quality Assurance**Main Responsabilities**:- Conduct QA reviews, covering, at a minimum, case investigation processes, Customer Due Diligence/Enhanced Due Diligence reviews, and control monitoring.- Report and tracks QA review results and required actions in the QA database.- Provide feedback and support unit staff on the results of QA reviews.- Assist the preparation / evaluation QA reports.- Prepare training sessions and support staff to address Anti Money Laundery (AML), OFAC laws and fraud mitigation deficiencies identified through QA reviews.- Review, testing, evaluating and documenting the adequacy of AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation controls and targeted risk assessments.- Recommend controls or improvements to enhance and update the Bank's AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation Compliance Program, policies and procedures.- Coordinate AML, OFAC and fraud mitigation internal audits and regulatory examinations.Requirements**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in business, administration or similar.- Knowledge of Banking products, market and traditional and non-traditional service providers.- Knowledge of Global regulations and laws and risk procedures.- Advanced level of written and verbal English.- At least 5 years-experienced in KYC role.You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and care**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Process (Mexico) Private LTD
