Well, look no further WebCreek is hiring a skilled Infor SyteLine ERP Developer with 5+ years of experience and a high level of English to work remotely from Latin America. In this role, youll be responsible for customizing and enhancing the Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP system to meet evolving business needs. Your work will include developing complex reports, implementing system-level changes, and supporting continuous improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements within Infor SyteLine ERP using the Mongoose framework. Create advanced reports using SQL Server and ERP reporting tools to support business intelligence and decision-making. Implement and manage system changes to improve workflows and meet business requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical issues. Participate in system integrations and data migrations. Maintain clear documentation for all technical developments and configurations. Ensure the performance, security, and stability of the ERP environment. What You Have Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) ERP in a technical/development role. Strong knowledge of the Mongoose framework. Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Proven experience in building advanced reports and performing system-level customizations. Solid understanding of ERP processes, particularly in manufacturing and distribution environments. Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher). Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Must be based in Latin America (LATAM). Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) Familiarity with Infor ION, Infor OS, or Infor Document Management (IDM). Experience with .NET or C# for advanced customizations. Exposure to API integrations and third-party connectivity. Knowledge of data migration and ERP upgrade best practices. Experience with BI/reporting tools such as SSRS or Crystal Reports.
