**_Welcome to Warner Bros.Discoverythe stuff dreams are made of._****Who We Are **When we say, "the stuff dreams are made of," we're not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth.Behind WBD's vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the _storytellers_ bringing our characters to life, the_ creators_ bringing them to your living rooms and the _dreamers_ creating what's nextFrom brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves.Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**The Job**This position exists to support the Procure to Pay workstream of Warner Bros.Discovery WBD.This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations.**The Daily**- Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures- Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO's correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.)- Communicate complex issues and effectively handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, payment resolution and effectiveness- Handle escalated and time sensitive requests for PTP activity- Produce PTP reporting to support operational needs- Reconcile PTP integrations as needed- Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros.Discovery processes and systems- Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed**The Essentials**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred- Min 3-5 of years relevant experience in PTP- Open to work in LATAM & US time zones- Experience in SAP is required, Peoplesoft Financials as a plus- Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel - Proficient - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)- Proven Leadership skills (previous experience managing Teams as an operational lead)- Strong independent analytical and problem-solving skills- Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage to meet competing deliverables- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills- Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently- Proven track record in meeting deadlines**The Perks**- Exclusive Warner Bros.Discovery events and advance screenings- Paid time off every year to volunteer for eligible employees- Access to well-being tools, resources, and freebies- Access to in-house learning and development resources- Part of the Warner Bros.Discovery family of powerhouse brands**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
