Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of electrical and embedded systems engineers. Project Management Oversee the design, development, and implementation of autonomous robotic surface and submersible dredging equipment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Technical Oversight Provide technical guidance and support in the areas of electrical engineering, embedded systems, embedded software, and industrial robotics. Review and approve electrical schematics, system designs, and software code. Innovation and Development Drive innovation in autonomous dredging technology, focusing on the integration of advanced robotics and control systems. Lead R&D initiatives to explore new technologies and improve existing systems. Quality Assurance Implement and maintain rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the reliability and performance of all systems. Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
