**Comm Data and Process Enablement Analyst**Major Tasks- Responsible for supporting and ensuring consistent data governance and standardization across key commercial systems to support high-quality decision-making.- Maintain data accuracy to enable effective sales planning, financial forecasting, trial execution, and portfolio activation.- Partner with commercial teams, agronomy, and enabling functions to identify data needs, support planning cycles, and improve the visibility of business performance.- Actively collaborate with squads and units to align metrics and data sources.- Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital tools, dashboards, and reports that provide visibility into commercial performance, portfolio metrics, and agronomic trial outcomes- Drive user adoption and ensure outputs are relevant, timely, and actionable.- Represent the unit in business process improvement and automation initiatives.- Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, reduce manual efforts, and integrate insights into operational processes through collaboration with digital and enabling teams.- Build and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks that monitor progress against strategic goals.- Enable timely course correction and business reviews through accurate and consistent reporting.- Act as a steward of data quality and advocate for process consistency across units.- Support change management efforts related to tool implementation, new reporting structures, and evolving commercial workflows.- Works and collaborates with the Unit Portfolio Lead, Unit Agronomy Lead, and Sales Operations Planner to execute and support operational processes.Skills.- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Agribusiness, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Agronomy, or a related field.- Certifications in analytics or digital technologies is a plus.- Proven experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).- Strong Excel and data modeling skills; ability to manage and manipulate large datasets.- Understanding of commercial processes such as sales planning, market development, product/portfolio lifecycle management, and agronomy operations.Experience working in or supporting cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, agronomy, finance).Experience participating in or supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives Ability to coordinate across diverse teams and communicate technical insights in business language.Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple data streams and deadlines.Experience with data governance, standardization, and master data management.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process consistency.**Período de aplicación**:- 22al 29 de Julio**Código de referencia**:- ********División**:- Crop Science**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Área funcional**:- Marketing**Grado de posición**:- VS 1.1**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- FULL TIME
