Join us in growing sustainable CPG brands on Amazon and drive real climate and social impact.We are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager to serve as the key strategic consultant for a portfolio of mission-driven CPG brands.You'll lead full-cycle marketing strategies in a flexible environment where your work directly supports client growth.About usWe are a mission-driven digital marketing agency helping natural and sustainable CPG brands thrive on Amazon, partnering with high-growth companies focused on ethical, better-for-you products in categories like wellness, home goods, and specialty food.Our work environment is flexible, supportive, and built on integrity.Our mission is to provide measurable, significant impact both in our work and beyond.We donate 5% of all company revenue to charities supporting climate action, protecting indigenous lands, and fighting malaria, ensuring your work drives both client success and positive global impact.Your Role and ImpactAs a Brand Manager, you will act as the key strategic leader for a portfolio of high-growth brands.You will be the primary client point of contact, providing high-level strategy and operational oversight while supporting and leading a dedicated team of Account Managers and PPC Specialists.You thrive on using data-driven Amazon strategies to boost brand growth, enjoy finding creative solutions, and find mentoring our team and clients meaningful.Your work's success is measured by high customer satisfaction and critical account performance metrics.In addition to managing brands, you will support the founder by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and sales activities, helping to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to the growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Strategic ExecutionAmazon Performance & Operational OversightTeam Management & Quality AssuranceQualificationsMinimum of 3+ years of direct experience managing and scaling multiple brands on Amazon Seller Central, ideally from a prior agency or high-level freelancer background.Proven expertise in sophisticated Amazon PPC strategies.Comprehensive knowledge of Seller Central operations, from inventory to account health management.High proficiency with critical tools like Helium 10, Seller Legend, ClickUp, Slack, and Gmail.Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a high level of accuracy.Strong ownership mentality for proactively delivering outstanding results.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and MarketingMarketing Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
