Retrofit Management: We support work visa sponsorship for qualified international talent.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Retrofit Manager to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Solution Manager, ABAP development, and S/4HANA and BW/4HANA, with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRetrofit Coordination & ExecutionManage and monitor the SAP retrofit process across multiple systems (e.G., D, Q, P landscapes).Ensure timely and accurate retrofitting of transports from project systems to maintenance systems and vice versa.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate retrofit scope and impact.Propose scenarios to facilitate the retrofit process.Governance & Compliance: Define and enforce retrofit governance processes and best practices.Ensure compliance with change management policies and audit requirements.Maintain documentation of retrofit activities and decisions.Issue Management: Identify and resolve retrofit conflicts and inconsistencies.Escalate critical issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.Collaboration & Communication: Act as the point of contact between project teams, support teams, and release management.Facilitate regular meetings to track retrofit progress and align on priorities.Provide status updates and reporting to project and program management.Tooling & Automation: Utilize SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, or other tools to manage and track retrofit activities.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in the retrofit workflow.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Experience: 5+ years in SAP environments, with at least 2 years in a retrofit or change management role.Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM is highly desirable.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of SAP transport management and system landscapes.Knowledge of SAP modules (e.G., FI, MM, SD, HR) and their interdependencies.Excellent ABAP development skills.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Proven coordination skills with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.Proficiency in English is mandatory.#J-*****-Ljbffr
