Automotive Technicians – we’ve got you covered We offer paid training, a competitive industry-leading benefits package, competitive hourly rates, and a busy shop to maximize your productivity and maximize your earnings Responsibilities Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical vehicle malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.Perform advanced diagnostics using Kia-specific tools and software.Complete complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and drivability issues.Accurately document all repairs, services, and maintenance performed, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Qualifications Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Master Technician level working specifically with Kia vehiclesASE certifications in Kia preferredStrong diagnostic and repair skills with Kia systems and componentsAbility to work efficiently and accurately in a dealership environmentA team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer serviceAttention to detail and commitment to qualityValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Compensation The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
