The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team.The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.**Responsibilities**:- Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points- Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions- Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions- Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience- Assist efforts to help drive high rates of client adoption- Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout developmentQualifications:- 0-2 years of experience in a related role- Proven system development lifecycle skills- Proficient understanding of emerging technologies- Effective verbal and written skills- Effective analytic and presentation skills**Education**:- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Se requiere alguien muy enfocado al detalle ya que va a manipular bases de datos.Cualquier error de captura representa quebrantos y pérdidas.Se requiere alguien muy analítico, que tenga facilidad para comprender flujos complejos, y que tenga mucha actitud de apoyo y servicio.De preferencia que ya tenga conocimientos de de SPEI.Las funciones son presenciales y debe tener disponibilidad para guardias los días inhábiles.Las funciones son con archivos de Excel y los sistemas ADMWIN, Ondemand, Tx Ondemand y Cx Ondemand y MCO.El día normal involucra la consolidación de las operaciones interbancarias con estado inconcluso, definir las acciones a tomar (devolverlas, pagarlas, etc.) y generar los archivos para su pago.También se deben actualizar las bases de seguimiento de estas operaciones lo cual implica la necesidad de mucha y muy buena administración y enfoque en el detalle.Job Family Group:Operations - Transaction Services- **Job Family**:Cash Management- Time Type:Full time- Most Relevant SkillsPlease see the requirements listed above.- Other Relevant SkillsFor complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.View Citi's EEO Policy Statement and the Know Your Rights poster.
