Lead change in the financial aspect for an international company. Ensure KPI compliance and create trust with key stakeholders. Descripción Design and implement key performance indicators to track departmental objectives.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to optimize financial processes and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations. Generate detailed performance reports for management review.
Provide recommendations based on data insights to enhance decision-making. Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc projects and tasks. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Perfil buscado
A successful KPIs Coordinator should have: Advanced English is REQUIRED. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing industry is a plus. Attention to detail and a results-driven approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Qué Ofrecemos Salary range from $50,000.00 to 60,000.00 MXN monthly Above Law Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
