Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities2. Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies3. Use consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients4. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives6. Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies7. Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients and agencies on best practices Minimum Qualifications:1. 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience2. Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing3. Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying4. Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders5. Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals6. High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish-speaking markets.Preferred Qualifications:1. Ability to perform well in a rapidly changing environment2. Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist3. Excellent communication and presentation skills4. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
