Your mission, roles and responsibilities Are you a skilled and creative process engineer who can design and implement efficient and ergonomic production processes in a dynamic environment? As Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products. Activities: AMEF updates Carry machine parameter charts Make lines flexible using SMED methodology Problem analysis Lead multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement Push and liaise with suppliers for spare parts purchases Find spare parts for critical machines for entry into the system KPI management Continuous improvement of OEE Your profile and competencies to succeed Minimumeducation level Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering Professional Experience At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry Skills and competencies Technically skilled on product and process design, such as FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics Strong communication skills, both verbal and written International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment English required, other languages are a plus What we can do for you At Forvia, you will find an engaging and dynamic environment where you can contribute to the development of sustainable mobility leading technologies.
