Ciudad de México, Mexico | Publicado el 28/01/2025Buscamos un Key Account Manager para LATAM altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo y liderar la gestión de clientes en Fideltour.Las funciones serán las de asegurar que nuestros clientes hoteleros maximicen el valor de nuestra plataforma, ayudando a mejorar la retención, satisfacción y expansión de cuentas.El Key Account Manager será responsable de gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con nuestros clientes más valiosos y estratégicos.Buscamos a alguien apasionado por el servicio al cliente, que pueda identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurar la satisfacción y retención de nuestros principales clientes.Gestionar y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas con los principales clientes de Fideltour.Identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de up-sell y cross-sell dentro de las cuentas clave.Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para facilitar la transición de nuevos clientes a cuentas gestionadas.Resolver cualquier problema o inquietud de los clientes de manera oportuna y eficaz.Realizar revisiones regulares de cuentas para discutir el rendimiento del cliente y asegurar su satisfacción y retención.Mantener una comunicación abierta y regular con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y adaptando nuestra oferta de acuerdo a ellas.Proporcionar feedback al equipo de producto y servicio al cliente basado en las interacciones y necesidades del clienteExperiencia previa como Key Account Manager o en un rol similar, preferiblemente en la industria de tecnología o hotelera.Habilidad para establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con clientes.Comprensión clara de las soluciones de Fideltour y capacidad para comunicar su valor a los clientes.Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.Familiaridad con herramientas de CRM y gestión de cuentas.Conocimiento del sector hotelero es una ventaja.Oportunidad para formar parte de una startup en pleno crecimiento en el sector de la tecnología hotelera.Capacitación continua y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.Ambiente de trabajo flexible y colaborativo.Posibilidad de trabajar de forma remota.Paquete salarial competitivo, compuesto por salario base más comisiones.Si te apasiona la gestión de clientes y quieres formar parte de una empresa en constante crecimiento, nos encantaría conocerte#J-*****-Ljbffr
