Payroll Specialist

Hunter Douglas is the world's leading manufacturer of window coverings and a major manufacturer of architectural products.We are a brand that you know and trust.With more than 100 years of innovation, we've defined our industry with proprietary products that deliver revolutionary style and functionality and can be found in millions of homes and commercial buildings globally.**Position Overview**- A professional responsible for executing the payroll process accurately and punctually.This includes performing tasks, controls, and procedures to ensure timely and correct payment to employees.**What you'll do**- Performs payroll calculations, verifying salaries and wages to ensure all integral payroll concepts are included (regular hours, overtime, vacation, vacation bonus, Sunday bonus, bonus payments, savings fund, etc.).- Calculates and verifies payroll deductions (ISPT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Subsidy, etc.).- Reviews the pre-payroll process.- Handles hires, terminations, and modifications in the IMSS system, as well as variable calculations.- Performs calculations for IMSS, SUA, state tax, etc., and coordinates with the payroll department for their payment.- Stamps payroll- Responsible for managing the virtual payroll receipts portal.- Reconciles between the SAT payroll viewer and internal payroll calculations.- Addresses employee inquiries regarding payroll calculations and payments.- Enters all salary changes into the system.- Verifies that employee movements are executed, authorized, and entered into the system (hires, terminations, department changes, shift changes, supervisor changes, etc.).- Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual reports and metrics.- Calculates severance pay and settlements.- Calculates profit sharing, Christmas bonus and savings fund.- Provides support to the finance department as needed.- Addresses SS and housing agency requirements.- Responsible for the annual income tax calculation for employees and its submission to SAT.- Participates in annual SS and tax audits.- Generates information for INEGI reports.- Assists with monthly and annual accounting close activities.- Supports annual physical inventory.- Knowledge of legal and tax matters**Who you are**- _Professional career completed.(Accounting, Administration, Related Career) _- _Minimum experience of 3 years in payroll area._- _Management of the payroll processing system, (TRESS)_- _Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)_- _Knowledge of the LFT, INFONAVIT, IMSS Law, SUA and IDSE._- _Intermediate level knowledge of accounting concepts_- _Knowledge in legal and tax issues._(#LinkedIn Recruiter Tag)(#LinkedIn Location Tag)
