Job DescriptionMedical ReimbursementEmployee Recognition and RewardsPerformance Bonus, Employee of the Month Award, Employee Recognition Program, IncentivesGovernment Mandated Benefits13th Month Pay, Paid HolidaysBASIC FUNCTIONSResponsible for proper billing and charging of all deliveries; keeps track of all accounts.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHandles processing of invoices and other billings for all deliveries made.Maintains subsidiary ledgers for each client reflecting all charged invoices or statement of accounts, official receipts, and other adjustments in credit or debit memos.Prepares monthly sales report, accounts receivable reports, aging of receivables, weekly collection reports, statement of accounts and any other reports as deemed required necessary.Makes follow-ups and collections on outstanding and due accounts.Maintains files for duplicate copies of invoices and statements of accounts stamped received by the client, delivery receipts, debit/credit memos.Performs any other functions as deemed required and necessary.College graduate preferably Accounting/Finance major, no experience required.Note: The position description should exclude non-job-specific boilerplate and ensuring no extraneous notices or fraud warnings are presented in the job description. #J-18808-Ljbffr
