Solution Consultant OverviewThe Solution Consultant is a hands‑on role focused on low‑code / no‑code Provenir software. The consultant leads the technical aspects of project delivery to clients, from initial solution design through requirements elicitation to commercially live deployment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and design solutions during design workshops and requirements definition meetings.Gather structured information to meet project objectives.Discuss product capabilities and limitations with the client and apply outcomes to solution design.Lead the technical delivery, ensuring quality from design to production release.Technical SkillsFull lifecycle solution development: analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and Go‑Live support.Integration of various technical platforms and APIs, following industry best practices.Configure the Provenir Solutions using visual configuration of workflows, data models, data mapping and data transformation.Integrate with source systems and configure third‑party data provider APIs.Communication & CollaborationCollaborate with clients, internal Provenir teams, and colleagues to maximize business benefits of Provenir Solutions.Required Skills & AbilitiesStrong problem‑solving and issue diagnosis/resolution capabilities.Education RequirementsBachelor’s or university degree in information technology, computer science, finance/economics, or a related field.Experience Requirements3+ years hands‑on implementation of system applications in a client‑facing role.3–4+ years hands‑on support (L2/L3) in system applications.Prior experience in fintech or financial industries is a plus.BenefitsComprehensive health and wellness plans including health, disability, and life insurance.Paid time off, company holidays, and maternity/paternity leave.Flexible and remote‑friendly opportunities.Equal Employment OpportunityProvenir is committed to equal employment opportunity and welcomes applicants regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, domestic partner status, citizenship, veteran status, or medical condition.
