**RETAIL STORE****RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE**:- Cuahutemoc, Mexico- Tienda Madero**YOUR MISSION**:- Responsable de asegurar un rendimiento individual consistente, alcanzando o excediendo ventas, KPIs y metas de rentabilidad a través de un efectivo servicio al cliente.Proveer consistentemente altos estándares de servicio al cliente dentro de la tienda cumpliendo los valores de PUMA y estándares de servicio.- Completar exitosamente todo entrenamiento (requerido por el puesto), tanto local como global para impulsar ventas en tienda.- Apoyar y participar en programas, entrenamientos y concientización de prevención de pérdidas.- Responsable en lo relacionado a prevención de pérdidas y operación de la tienda.- Comunicar oportunidades de producto al Store Management team.- Participar en aperturas o cierres de tiendas; puede requerirse de viajes.- Responsable del cobro correcto de transacciones en caja, con el uso apropiado del sistema POS, llenado adecuado de formatos, y el correcto uso de descuentos cuando aplique.- Responsable de ejecutar y procesar entradas y salidas de mercancía.- Responsable de asegurar y ejecutar el mantenimiento de la guía visual y la presentación de la tienda, alcanzando o excediendo los estándares PUMA.Mantener las condiciones físicas de la tienda, de acuerdo a la guía y comunicar necesidades de mantenimiento al Store Manager en tiempo y forma.- Cumplir con Políticas & Procedimientos, competencias operativas y responsabilidades clave.Acatar todas las indicaciones necesarias para mantener un ambiente laboral y de compra seguro y sano; reportando todas las instancias al Management Team.Requiere de trabajar en horas no tradicionales; fines de semana, noches, días festivos; horas extras pueden ser requeridas**YOUR TALENT**:- Se requiere de constante movilidad.Este rol involucra estar parado mucho tiempo, alcanzar, doblarse/girar la cabeza, y mantener el balance mientras se camina.El rol también requiere de uso de la escalera, arrodillarse, encogerse, subir, girar/agacharse al asistir a los clientes.Mantener la organización y limpieza del área de ventas y stock.Empujar/jalar equipamiento como estantería y bastidores superiores a 10kg, así como levantar/cargar/colocar cajas de producto con 20kg en alturas superiores a 50cm sobre la escalera.El uso de los siguientes sentidos es crítico para esta posición: hablar, escuchar, cerca y lejos, profunda percepción y campo de visión.Críticos factores cognitivos para esta función son: compresión de lectura, cálculos matemáticos básicos, escritura, resolución de problemas complejos, y básico trabajo en computadora.Los factores ambientales de acción incluyen el funcionamiento para operar sobre estanterías y trabajo en alturas.PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.Equality for all is one of the core principles at PUMA and we do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination.- PUMA supports over 16,100 employees across 120+ countries.The PUMA Group owns the brand PUMA, Cobra Golf and stichd, and is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany.
