El departamento de Property Management se encarga de administrar y supervisar eficientemente los activos inmobiliarios de nuestras franquicias, garantizando un ambiente propicio para el éxito empresarial.El Property Management Analyst es responsable de brindar apoyo analítico y administrativo al departamento de Property Management.**Requisitos**- Lic. Contaduria, Administración de Empresas, y/o Relaciones Internacionales- Experiência contable y/o administrativa 2 años mínimo- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos.- Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos, como Microsoft Excel o software similar.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español - 80%**Funciones y/o responsabilidades**- Asistir en la gestión y seguimiento de contratos de arrendamiento, incluyendo la preparación de documentos, seguimiento de vencimientos y negociación de términos.- Realizar análisis y evaluaciones de los datos de rendimiento de las propiedades, incluyendo ingresos, gastos y ocupación con referencia a locaciones en Estados Unidos.- Control y gestión de Licencias de Operación correspondientes a la propiedad en Estados UnidosPago y administración de Impuestos a propiedaes en Estados Unidos.**Beneficios**- Prestaciones de Ley (IMSS, Infonavit, Aguinaldo, Vacaciones)- Uniformes- Snacks & Bebidas dentro del Centro de Trabajo- Descuento en pago de membresia en gimnasio de la localidad- Entre otrosPosición disponible en Oficina de MexicaliUbicación: Calz.CETYS #**** Edificio Titanium.
