Our DXC Insurance BPaaS and BPO services help our customers optimize and transform operations, lower costs, increase agility and open new channels for growth.Our people, technology and best practices improve and automate highly complex business processes across front, middle and back offices — while facilitating customer experience transformation.**_ ABOUT THIS ROLE_**As a Senior Project Manager you will**lead and manage the delivery of challenging Reinsurance administration system implementation projects with our customers.**_ WHAT YOU ´LL DO_**- Your main responsibility will be to deliver challenging projects on schedule and within budget, while satisfying agreed customer requirements and specifications within the scope of the project.- You will be responsible for the appropriateness, quality, and timeliness of all aspects of the project by establishing the necessary organization, processes, measures and milestones, and tracking ongoing project progress.- You will mobilize necessary resources, assemble the project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate project resources, and provide guidance and direction to project team members.- You will proactively manage risks, issues, and scope throughout the project life-cycle, you prepare/present project plans/status reports to organizational leadership, project teams and client groups and sponsor.- You will be the main point of contact for the customer with DXC and the first level of escalation.- You are passionate about the business of your clients, you match them with DXC solutions, connect with the customer's key stakeholders, and build your network within the client organization.- Provide support to the sales team for defining implementation strategies for new opportunities and leading a team to estimate project effort / duration.- Support and guide junior project managers.**_ WHO YOU ARE_**- A Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in applied computer sciences, applied informatics or a related field.- You have 10 years of experience in IT and at least 8+ years in a project management role.- Practical knowledge of best practices in project management, and proven track record of managing complex projects is a must.- Ability to lead cross functional teams located in multiples locations is required, some travel may be required.- Self-driven and disciplined.Comfortable with working remotely.- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills is required- Business process knowledge in Reinsurance or Insurance is a plus.- You have an entrepreneurial and pragmatic attitude.- Team player and team builder.- Methodology knowledge such as PMI, Prince II, Agile, SAFe; certifications are a plus.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.- Language requirements: fluent in Spanish (oral and written) and English**_ WORK ENVIRONMENT_**This position is REMOTE in México with M- F as working days.Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.At DXC we support each other and work as a team — globally and locally.Our achievements demonstrate how we deliver excellence for our customers and colleagues.You will be joining a team that works to create a culture of learning, diversity and inclusion and are dedicated to strong ethics and corporate citizenship.
