What You’ll Do Become an expert with our products and services, and explain them to new learners starting a goFLUENT Training. Offer the learner the best journey possible by understanding their expectations and efficiently addressing concerns. Reply to learner requests on several communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Ensure smooth and efficient communication with internal teams. Call students to encourage them to take full advantage of available resources. Be proactive in optimizing internal procedures, improving response quality, and raising learner feedback. You’ll Love This Job If You Are outstanding at communicating, both orally and written (______ is your mother tongue). Have previous successful experience in customer support. Are very empathetic and can solve complex conversations to give customers a smile. Are organized, responsive, adaptable, sincere, and autonomous. We Are Looking For 1 year of experience in customer service. Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Open Office. Advanced level of English (verbal and written).
