Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer experience by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service.**Responsibilities**:- Greet customers warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and store policies.- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, aiming to achieve a positive resolution for both the customer and the store.- Process sales transactions accurately.- Maintain a strong knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.- Handle and process customer online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.- Proven experience in a customer service role.- Advanced English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse customers.- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.- _**This is an ON-SITE position.**_Pay: $15,****** - $18,****** per monthWork Location: In person
