Machu Picchu together).Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking a highly detail-oriented QA Tester to support our development team by ensuring the quality, stability, and accuracy of our product releases.The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing their workload independently while maintaining strong communication across teams.Responsibilities:Test Execution & CoverageExecute feature testing tasks based on current development priorities and sprint roadmap.Perform manual testing on new features and functionality prior to release.Verify features and functionality after release to ensure proper deployment.Conduct regression testing to validate that existing functionality remains intact after updates.Think creatively about edge cases and scenarios that may not be explicitly defined in development tickets.Test Case ManagementWrite, audit, update, and maintain comprehensive test cases within our test case management system.Create well-documented defects and issues, clearly articulating reproduction steps and expected vs. actual behavior.Track and monitor defect resolution throughout the QA lifecycle.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate effectively with development and product teams to ensure clarity around requirements and quality standards.Communicate progress, blockers, and inconsistencies clearly and proactively.Work independently with minimal direction, managing testing activities based on team priorities.Potentially monitor system uptime and perform post-release verification during non-business hours as the team scales.Requirements:Experience & Technical Skills2–5 years of prior QA experience with a focus on manual testing and test case creation.Proficiency using Jira for sprint management, ticketing, and status tracking.Experience with AIoTests or similar test case management systems (training available for tool specifics).Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Hands-on experience working within agile or sprint-based development environments.Core CompetenciesHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.Creative problem-solving and the ability to identify scenarios not explicitly documented in development tickets.Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have (Preferred, Not Required)API testing experience using Postman.Test automation experience (we use Playwright with TypeScript).Background working in SaaS or
