Cloud Operations Engineer

ResponsibilitiesFully responsible for configuration management, status monitoring, and scheduled inspections of critical equipment—including servers and network switches—in the data center infrastructure to ensure high system availability?Address customer issues arising from cloud platform usage and support their business activities.Perform end-to-end operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Alibaba Cloud Apsara Stack platform to ensure high availability, performance, and security.Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement proactive optimizations.Generate and deliver comprehensive O&M reports on system status, resource utilization, and operational metrics on a regular basis.Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support stable and efficient cloud service delivery.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related major, with over 2 years of work experience in cloud service technology.Proficiency in English as a working language.In-depth understanding of the Linux system; proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, mysql, and Python is preferred.Basic understanding of IDC, network, storage, DNS, etc.; experience in system or network security is highly advantageous.Knowledge of cloud computing-related technologies; candidates with technical support experience at relevant cloud computing vendors or overseas work experience are preferred.Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, good at making improvements and summaries, and strong learning ability as well as document writing skills.Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems, good technical sensitivity and risk identification ability, proactive thinking, and strong self-motivation.Job DetailsSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting and Internet Marketplace Platforms#J-*****-Ljbffr
