**Position**:Materials Planning Specialist IArrow Electronics is looking to hire a Material Planning Specialist I to join our team in GuadalajaraThis position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.- Plan and pipeline inventory for high complex customer demand-high dollar value and/or large part count.- Prepare both Arrow generated and customer supplied forecast uploads to and manage the exceptions generated from the Forecast processing.Resolve any upload and/or output issues from forecast.- Review parameters and make recommendations/changes to ensure achievement of company inventory turns goals.Manage the more complex In-Plant Stores and consignment engagements to assure both adequate supply and maximum turns.Manage excess inventory including concentration on slow moving and/or sludge.- Work with sales teams and supply chain group to suggest alternative supply chain options to enhance customer support to assure inventory management needs are met.Generate and/or contribute to out-of-box- solutions.- Represent the regional planning team in setting up consignments/In-Plant Stores,, ABC Low Value analyses, etc.Work with Digital Supply Chain Solutions and Sales in implementation of new engagements until operational.What You'll Need- 4 year degree and 4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge- Ability to juggle many tasks at once- Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectivelyWhat's In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.That's why we offer competitive financial compensation, including various compensation plans, and a solid benefits package.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- 40% vacation premium- 10 vacation days- Savings Fund- Life Insurance- Healthcare Insurance- Prescription Eyeglasses benefit- Food & Restaurant Vouchers- Growth Opportunities- And more**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate**:$27,****** - $35,****** MXN Monthly**Location**:MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office)**Time Type**:Full time**Job Category**:Product Management & Supplier Marketing
