We strive to push the boundaries of creativity and performance in content, ensuring its practices remain dynamic and future-facing.Founded by ex-BCG Partners and serial startup founders, building a proprietary AI-powered creative suite that is reshaping how retail media, digital marketing, and e-commerce content are conceived, produced, and activated in-market.We are partnered with one of the world's leading image, video and audio generation providers, and have already built and launched campaigns for household-name brands across retail, CPG, fashion and e-commerce.We're looking for a skilled editor to work with AI-generated footage, cleaning it up, refining it, and finishing it for delivery.What you will doUse traditional editing tools to assemble, retouch, and refine GenAI contentUpscale and enhance GenAI outputs to meet production quality standardsUse GenAI image and video platforms to generate advertising assets aligned with creative direction, including prompt writing and refinementReview creative briefs, brand guidelines, and reference materials before startingIterate regularly (2-3x daily) with NYC-based manager, incorporate feedback and adjust approach quicklyCommunicate clearly on progress, risks, and dependencies; keep deliverables organizedDeliver assets on tight timelines (typically 1-2 days) at set deadlines throughout the weekDocument workflows and processes as you develop themMust-haves5+ years of experience editing digital media assets for global-facing brandsProfessional fluency in EnglishAble to work hours that enable 2-3x daily iterations with New York team (e.g., one check-in in the morning, one check-in in the late evening)Proficient in DaVinci, After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop with experience in VFX compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, and color grading (e.g., product placement, screen replacements, element removal)Experienced in post-production workflows for GenAI content such as upscaling, artifact removal, color correction, and frame interpolation to bring AI-generated footage to broadcast-quality standardsFluent in cinematography terminology (e.g., can specify shots/clips using DP language including framing, lens choices, and camera movements)Strong written communication able to clearly document editing workflows and explain creative/technical decisionsWillingness to learn new techniques in traditional editing tools as needed; if you don't know how to do something (fix texture, remove artifacts, etc.), you'll find a way to learn it; we'll support with courses and cover training costsCurious and coachable on GenAI, will seek out ways to weave new tools into their day-to-day work, not wait for perfect use casesStrong understanding of visual style of western digital advertising (on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Amazon, e-mail, etc)Nice-to-haves10+ years of experience editing digital media assets for global-facing brandsPrevious work experience with US/UK/EU agencies or global brands across various sectorsAlready uses ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in day-to-day workflow, comfortable asking AI for help when stuckExperience with content generating using GenAI tools (e.g., Google Veo, Bytedance, Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Midjourney), we'll train on specific tasks and additional toolsExperience with digital collaboration tools (Miro, Figma, etc)
