Relay Human Cloud is an international team expansion company that helps some of the top US-based companies connect with the best international talent.We have a global presence with offices in the US, India, Honduras, and Mexico (and are expanding into other countries soon).Our core focus is simplifying the complexities of international back-office setup for our clients.With over a decade of navigating international operations, we stand as a reliable partner for global expansion, offering expertise deeply rooted in the nuances of worldwide scalability.The Assistant Controller should be experienced in all aspects of financial management, including non-profit, partnership and corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.Assist CFO with management of all accounting operations including Billing, A / R, A / PCoordinate and assist with the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingManage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsAdditional controller duties as necessary Experience with financial statement preparation for all types of legal entitiesExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year end close processExperience in preparing and reviewing partnership, corporate, payroll and non-profit tax filingsExperience with various accounting software administration.#J-*****-Ljbffr
